For our non-contract clients, our management team offers a Crisis Program. In case of an emergency due to storm, water, wind, fire, smoke, mold, vandalism or bio-hazardous losses to your property, Colonial Square Realty, Inc.'s representatives will:

· Contact emergency services

· Stay on-site until problem is under control

· Take digital photos of damage

· Immediately prepare incident reports

· Coordinate with your insurance company

· Get your business functioning as soon as possible

· Access vendors for ALL types of repairs

Emergency Services
